Implementation of the DepEd Computerization Program for Batches 37 E-Classroom Packages for Public Stand-Alone Senior High Schools

1. The Department of Education (DepEd), through the Information and Communications and Technology Service (ICTS) has facilitated the procurement of equipment needed for the Implementation of the DepEd Computerization Program (DCP) for Batch 37 E-Classroom Packages for Public Stand-alone Senior High Schools.

2. For effective and efficient deployment of these e-Classroom packages, the concerned regional directors, schools division superintendents, regional and schools division IT officers/ICT coordinators shall mobilize their personnel who shall perform the following functions:

a. validate the readiness of the schools and compliance to the counterpart requirements using the enclosed School Readiness Checklist Form;

b. assist the schools in preparing for the delivery of e-Classroom equipment;

c. supervise and coordinate the delivery of e-Classroom equipment to the target recipients;

d. monitor the utilization of the e-Classroom equipment in their respective regions; and

e. submit reports on the implementation of the DCP and other e-Classroom equipment.

3. The recipient schools are advised to prepare their counterpart requirements immediately. The regional and schools division offices, through the IT officers/ICT coordinators, shall accomplish and submit the School Readiness Checklist Form for all the recipient schools prior to the deployment of the e-Classroom packages. The IT officers/ICT coordinators will also be notified of the delivery schedule very soon.
