The Philippines is the laughingstock of the international community for continuing to elect inutile public officers: the incompetent, the inexperienced and the mentally decrepit.
Remember that the President of the Philippines is expected to represent our country in international gatherings.
In global forums they send their best minds, while we keep sending our housewives, our uneducated, our people of questionable intelligence, if intelligence at all.
Truly they have cause to believe we are the marginalized. :))
Of course, by the legal concept of the alter ego, the President can send in an army of the best advisors our country can offer to stand in his or her place, but never forget that the agent is only as good as the principal, never beyond.
