The Electronic Financials User’s Circle (EUC) Inc. will conduct its 2016 Annual National Convention with the theme Emerging PFM Reforms for a Stable Bureaucracy from March 8 to 11, 2016 at the Sarabia Manor Hotel, 101 General Luna Street, Iloilo City.
The Conference aims to:
1. discuss to the members/participants the impact of the Philippine Financial Management Reforms in producing a more stable bureaucracy in government;
2. update them on the latest developments in information and communications technology especially in involving government computer system application in the areas of accounting and auditing (Government Accounting Manual and Barangay Accounting Manual);
3. update the local tourism industry in the area; and
4. promote camaraderie and friendship among them.
The target participants are members of the Association and representatives from both public and private schools and government offices/agencies.
Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-of-classes policy stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
