Athletes and coaches from thirteen schools division offices of Eastern Visayas paraded in the City of Ormoc on Sunday.
Samar Delegation headed by schools division superintendent Dr. Gorgonio G. Diaz Jr. lead the Samarino contingent together with the provincial supervising administrative officer of Samar who represented Governor Sharee Ann Tan.
