2019 Qualifying Examination in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies (QEALIS)

ANNOUNCING THE QUALIFIERS OF THE 2018 QUALIFYING EXAMINATION IN ARABIC LANGUAGE AND ISLAMIC STUDIES

The Department of Education (DepEd), through the Bureau of Education Assessment and the Bureau of Learning Delivery, administered the Qualifying Examination in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies (QEALIS) on December 2, 2018 in selected testing centers nationwide.

To determine the qualifiers and non-qualifiers in the QEALIS, this Department has set the passing score at Percentile Rank 75 in both subtests and in overall test as per DepEd Memorandum No. 72, s. 2015. As a result, a total of 591 (23.54%) out of the 2,511 total number of examinees passed the test.

In this connection, enclosed is the List of Qualifiers of the 2018 QEALIS. They may claim their Certificates of Rating from the schools division office of the testing center where they took the examination.

Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
