Hello po Sir.. May i ask what are the guidelines in promotion of a Special Program in the Arts Teacher? If I would like to apply for a Master Teacher 1 position for example but in the guidelines it says that you can only apply for an MT 1 position if you have 5-7 teachers per subject. The problem is in SPA we only have 1 teacher per Specialization(Subject)
