DepEd Learning Facilitators Requirements and Qualifications

The Human Resource and Development Division is now accepting documents for the Division Pool of Learning Facilitators (LFs). Interested applicants duly recommended by the Public Schools District Supervisors are expected to submit the documents listed below:

DepEd Learning Facilitators (LFs) Documentary Requirements

  • Application Form
  • Character Reference
  • Performance Rating for the last 2 years
  • Letter of Recommendation from immediate supervisor
  • Letter of commitment signifying willingness to be trained anytime
  • Certificate of participation/completion/attendance to Training of Trainer programs attended
  • Certificate of recognition/commendation/merit, etc given as facilitator, trainer, resource person, etc

DepEd Learning Facilitators (LFs) Qualifications

The applicants must have the following qualifications:

  • Permanent personnel of the Department of Education
  • Physically fit and preferably 50 years old and below
  • Must be at least a school head, a master teacher or a teacher 3 in position
  • Must have served and/or trained as trainers/facilitators in the district or school
  • Must have demonstrated excellent facilitation skills
  • Must have proficiency in both English and Filipino language
  • Must have a performance rating of at least VS for the last 2 years Must be computer literate

All districts are obliged to recommend two (2) nominees (1 school head and 1 teacher) who possess the above-mentioned qualifications.

Qualified Division learning facilitators will be tapped to deliver training programs at various levels and assist the Division HRD in developing training programs for DepEd personnel.
