EXTENSION OF SUBMISSION OF PERTINENT DOCUMENTS FOR MASTER TEACHER I AND II POSITIONS

1. The field is hereby informed that the submission of pertinent documents relative to the Ranking for Master Teacher I and II positions, both in Elementary and Secondary Levels is extended until January 25, 2016. In addition, the said Ranking is rescheduled to February 3 for Elementary Level and to February 4 for Secondary Level.

2. Each applicant is strictly advised to do the following:

A. Make sure that the Performance Rating for the Past 2 years are duly signed, at least by the District Supervisor or the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, and that the scores total to at least 33 points, as required in DepEd Order No. 57, s. 1997.

B. Prepare the necessary and complete documents or evidence, duly certified true photocopy by the Administrative Officer, and arranged accordingly using the criteria in giving points for Leadership, Potential and Accomplishments as contained in MEC Order No. 10 series 1979 entitled “Implementing Rules and Regulations for the System of Career Progression for Public School Teachers.

3. School Heads are enjoined to assist their teacher-applicants in preparing and finalizing pertinent evidences and documents before submission to the Records Unit, this Office.

4. For the information and guidance of all concerned.
