ASSESSMENT, SCREENING AND PREPARATION OF REGISTRY OF QUALIFIED APPLICANTS for ELEMENTARY and SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS FOR SY 2016-2017

1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 07 and 22, S. 2015 re: Hiring Guidelines for Teacher I Positions Effective School Year 2015-2016, this City Schools Division announces the schedule of activities for the screening and assessment of both elementary and secondary school teacher applicants relative to the preparation of the registry of qualified applicants (RQA) for SY 2016-2017, as follows:

a) Acceptance of applications and pertinent documents shall be until March 4, 2016 to the school nearest the applicant’s residence;
b) Demonstration teaching and interviews of applicants will be on March 15-17, 2016, from 8am to 4pm.

For Elementary Applicants

Cluster 2 – Minuyan Elementary School
Cluster 3 – Lawang Pare 6B1 Elementary School
Cluster 4 – Bagong Buhay B Elementary School
Cluster 5 – San Martin BBC Elementary School
Cluster 6 – San Jose del Monte Central School
Cluster 7 – Benito Nieto Elementary School
Cluster 8 – Gaya-Gaya Elementary School
Cluster 9 – Tungkong Mangga Elementary School
Cluster 10 – Francisco Homes Elementary School

For Secondary Applicants

TLE – San Jose del Monte National Trade School
Values Education – Citrus National High School
Science – Muzon High School
Mathematics – San Jose del National High School
Mapeh – Sapang Palay National High School
Araling Panlipunan – San Martin High School
Filipino – Sto. Cristo National High School

c) English Proficiency Examination will be on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at San Jose del Monte Central School, from 8:00am to 12:00nn for all applicants.

2. Deadline of submission of list of applicants to the Division Selection Committee from School Screening Committee together with the required documents with table of contents and proper pagination is on Friday, March 11, 2015 not later than 9am. at the Division Records Section.

3. Submission of the composition of the School Selection Committee relative to this is on Tuesday February 2, 2016 for issuance of designation order from the Schools Division Superintendent, to wit:

Elementary

School Head – Chairperson
Four (4) teachers – members

Secondary

School Head – Chairperson
Department Head concerned and three (3) teachers from the different learning areas as members or four (4) subject leaders from different learning areas as members (small secondary schools)
