RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION OF QUALIFIED TEACHER-APPLICANTS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2016-2017

This is to announce the schedule of the recruitment and selection of qualified teacher-applicants for the School Year 2016-2017 pursuant to DepEd Order No. 7, s. 2015, as follows:

A. Recruit/Accept applications (Attention: The School Selection Committee) – January 11, 2016 to February 19, 2016

B. Verify/Certify as to completeness of the documents (Attention: The School Selection Committee) – February 22 to 26, 2016

C. Submit list of applicants with corresponding documents to Division Committee (Attention: The School Selection Committee) – February 29, 2016

D. Evaluate and Select Applicants

1. Verify/Evaluate applicant’s documents by Division Committees – March 1 to 11, 2016

2. Conduct Interview/Demonstration Teaching of applicants c/o Division Committees – March 14 to 18, 2016

3. Conduct Division Written English Proficiency Test c/o Division Selection Committee – March 19, 2015

All applicants should submit the following and assume full responsibility as to the validity of their documents:

  1. CSC Form 212 in two (2) copies with latest 2×2 ID picture – CSC FORM 212 (Revised 2005) Personal Data Sheet – TeacherPH.com
  2. Certified photocopy of PRC professional identification card
  3. Certified photocopy of LET/PBET rating
  4. Certified copies of baccalaureate transcript of records
  5. Copies of service record, performance rating and school clearance for those with teaching experience
  6. Certificates of specialized training, if any
  7. Ceritified copy of Voter’s ID and/or any proof of residency as deemed acceptable by the School Screening Committee
  8. NBI Clearance

If any one of the required documents is not submitted, the School Screening Committee may refuse acceptance of the application.

Substitution for the above-named identification documents, such as barangay clearance, shall not be accepted.

All applicants included in the previous Registry of Qualified Applicants (RQA) who have not been appointed as permanent should apply.

It is desired that this Memorandum be disseminated to all concerned for their information, guidance and compliance.
