MESSAGE
My warmest felicitations to all our gratified graduates/Junior High School Completers! My gratitude extends to the school administrators, teachers, and parents who have successfully done great responsibilities in bringing them to reach this breakthrough of their career.
This end of School Year Rites’ theme, “Kabataang Mula sa K to 12, Tagapagdala ng Kaunlaran sa Bansang Pilipinas”, is a strong indication that the students of this generation are the key to building better lives and knowledge-driven economy. Let this be a reminder that the K to 12 program is a big shift in education system and it aims to improve our basic education as we prepare the next generations for the 21st century.
To our dear students, today is a manifestation of your success and hard work. You are all victors at this moment. May all the knowledge and skills earned be cherished and be positively developed as you enter the next chapter of your learning career. As Nelson Mandela, the great educator once quoted, “Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world”.
To the school administrators and teachers of the institutions, the noble endeavor that you have been doing is truly worth commending. I salute you for your continuous effort in developing each child.
To the proud parents, I commend you for being the forerunners in the education of your children. Your guidance is an influential element in honing their skills, develop their character and gain their confidence as they face life’s challenges and struggles.
As we lift our hearts in gratitude for this commencement, we also raise our hearts in asking the blessing to guide us and may we all find strength in each other as we journey towards fullness of life for us and the generations to come.

Isang mapitagang pagbati sa lahat ng ating mga nagsipagtapos! Ang pagbating ito ay aming ibinabahagi sa mga namamahala sa paaralan at institusyon, mga guro, at mga magulang na matagumpay na nakibahagi sa malaking responsibilidad upang marating nila ang unang yugto ng kanilang buhay bilang mag-aaral.
Ang tema sa taong ito, *Kabataang Mula sa K to 12, Tagapagdala ng Kaunlaran sa Bansang Pilipinas,” ay isang kahayagan na ang mga
nagsipagtapos sa kasalukuyang henerasyon ay susi sa pagbuo ng mas matatag na kabuhayan at ekonomiya. Nawa ang temang ito ay magsilbing paalala na ang programang K to 12 ay isang malaking hakbang na ang pangunahing layunin ay maiangat ang uri at antas ng edukasyon at maihanda ang mga susunod na henerasyon.
Sa mga minamahal naming nagsipagtapos, alalahanin po natin na ngayon ay araw ng kahayagan ng inyong tagumpay at pagpupursige. Nawa ang mga kaalaman at talent na inyong natutunan ay patuloy pang malinang na siya ninyong magiging gabay sa pagpasok ninyo sa panibagong yugto na inyong buhay.
Sa mga tagapamahala ng mga institusyon at mga guro, ang amin pong pagsaludo sa inyong patuloy na pagsuporta at pagtulong upang lalo pang mapaunlad at mahubog ang mga angking kaalaman ng mga kabataang ito para sa kanilang ikapagtatagumpay.
Sa mga magulang ng mga nagsipagtapos, ang amin pong pagsaludo at pagbati sapagkat ang inyong patuloy na paggabay ay napakalaking bahagi sa ikapagiging uliran ng mga nagsipagtapos gayundin nagbibigay ito ng lakas ng loob para sa kanila sa pagharap sa mga pagsubok at hamon ng buhay.
Nawa ang pagtatapos na ito ay magsilibing isang malaking biyaya para sa ating lahat at nawa’y makasumpong tayo ng lakas sa isa’t isa sa ating lakbayin at sa mga susunod pang henerasyon.
Muli, ang aming malugod na pagbati sa lahat!
