In the spirit of volunteerism, and with the desire to help the Department of Education, particularly the Division of Samar, in realizing the objectives of the Education for All (EFA) and aims of the Universal Kindergarten Education, I, Winter Luke Llego of Brgy. Lawaan, Basey, Samar, voluntary offer my services as Kindergarten Teacher at Basey I Central Elementary School, Basey, Samar, this School Year 2016 – 2017, under the Kindergarten Volunteer Program (KVP) of the Department of Education.

I understand that as a volunteer kindergarten teacher, I will receive an allowance of Three Thousand Pesos (Php 3,000.00) monthly for one class of 25 – 35 pupils and / or Six Thousand Pesos (Php 6,000.00) for two classes per DepED Order No. 21, s. 2012.

I will willingly perform the tasks expected of me by the Department of Education, Division of Samar as a volunteer kindergarten teacher. My application as a kinder teacher in the school stated above was done by me voluntarily, and that I was not coerced by anyone.
