The review covers the competencies prescribed by the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) and the Department of Education based on the National Competency-Based Standards for School Heads.

1. Accomplish the online registration form.
2. Click submit and print a copy of the accomplished registration form.
3. Deposit registration fee to the account below:

Note: Only paid registrants will be considered as official reviewees. It is a must that steps number 3 and 4 are completed.
