  3. To Whom This May Concern: I went on leave without pay for a school year effective June 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016. I was reinstated April 2, 2016. My queries are as follows: 1)What are the benefits that I should not expect?2) Am I entitled to receive PBB for SY 2014-2016 or any other benefits prior to my leave? and lastly, 3) I started receiving my salary last September 2016,but for the months since April, none yet, for how long should I wait? Thanks and more power.Response is much appreciated.

  6. Good day.. may tanong po ako Sir. nag maternity leave po ako noong Jan. 4 hanggang March 4 bali 2 months po yun, so ang na approve is 1 month lang na with pay. pagka sahod ko sa last April and May meron akong deduction na 7,000 more or less PVP daw yun. tapos pagkasahod ko naman ng June ang natanggap ko na salary is only 8,000 lang so may kulang na 11,000 more or less basi yan sa 19,077 na salary ng teachers. na cut kasi ako sa payroll dahil hindi pa ako umabot ng 2 years in service tapos nag maternity leave na ako for 2 months. puede hingi ng tulong kung paano na come up na 8,000 lang yung natanggap ko sa month of June 2016. maraming salamat po.

  8. Actual Days Served = 290
    PVP 72
290/72 4.027777778 Ratio 4:1 If you serve 4 days you are entitle of 1 PVP

DATE HIRED # of Days Serve Christmas Days Vacation Actual Days Served Factor Total Less : Xmas Total
    CASE A 12/15/2015 4/1/2016 108 -16 92 0.303 27.876 -16 11.876
    CASE B 1/3/2016 4/1/2016 89 89 0.303 26.967 26.967

    Actual Days Served = 290
PVP – No. of Days 72
    290/72 4.027777778 Ratio 4:1 4 days Serve = 1 PVP
    Entitled Days for PVP
    Actual Days Served Divided by
    Ex. Case A 92 4 23 23 days
    Case B 89 4 22.25 22 days

  9. Good day! In Case No. 2A & 2B, there’s an error in the Actual days served since Christmas vacation of 16 days was not deducted. Actual days served reflected in both cases were supposed to be “total number of days served”. And to get the actual days served, christmas vacation of 16 days must be deducted from the total number of days served. Kindly check nalang po if tama po ba interpretation ko. Thanks

  10. good evening, sir! i was hired po last nov. 16, 2015. kaya po i don’t have salary this april and my salary for may has differential. and then dumating po yung salary ko this june, may differential pa din po. tama lang po ba? ang pagkakaintindi ko po kasi since nasa Case 2A ako, ang pvp ko is until may 27, 2016. hindi po ba dapat yung june salary ko po is kumpleto na?

  11. Hi sir, just want to ask po. First year ko po kase in teaching last school year so bago po ako sa policy and mejo naguguluhan.. magtatanong kang po sana ako..

    • Please shed light on this. Here is my situation:
—– I was on leave without pay from June 2015 to February 2016. However, I used my leave credits so I was paid from June 2015 to Septemebr 2015. I did not receive salary from October 2015 to February 2016. I reinstated last March 1, 2016.

Am I entitled for a PVP? I showed the sample computation on this site but accdg to HR, I am not entitled to any PVP.

  12. Have a nice day sir. We were informed that we only have 21 days of PVP due to the suspension order given to us for 6 mos starting Oct 22 to April 22. From June 1 to Oct 21 we rendered 143 days of service. Is it correct if they will deduct 16 days Christmas vacation twice to the days we served wherein December period is included in the suspension of our work? Computing backwards (suspension days) would give me idea that there is something wrong in their computation. Please give us enlightenment. Thank you and more power.
