Schedule of Open Ranking for Elementary and Secondary School Principal I
1. This City Schools Division will conduct an open ranking for nine (9) School Principal I vacant positions for Elementary and two (2) School Principal I positions for Secondary on Wednesday, February 17, 2017, 9:00 a.m. at the Division Office Conference Hall, Poblacion, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan using DepEd Order No. 42 s. 2007 – “Revised Guidelines on Selection, Promotion and Designation of School Heads”.
Qualification Standards are as follows:
Principal I
Salary Grade 19
Education:
For Elementary
Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education
or Bachelor’s Degree with 18 professional education units
For Secondary:
Bachlor’s Degree in Secondary Education
or Bachelor’s Degree with 18 professional education units
Experience:
Head Teacher for one (1) year;
or Teacher-In-Charge for 2 years;
or Master Teacher (MT) for 2 years;
or Teacher for 5 years
Training:
40 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Teacher) / Principal’s Test
3. Interested applicants must submit a photocopy of the following documents arranged consecutively on or before Wednesday, February 10, 2016 for pre-evaluation and original copy on the day of the open ranking to wit:
a. Sworn Statement that all documents submitted and presented are true and correct
b. Application Letter
c. Performance Rating for the last three (3) rating periods
d. Approved appointment of the incumbent
e. Service Record / Designation
f. Proofs of Accomplishments per DepEd Order No. 42, s. 2007
g. Transcript of Records (Masteral or Doctoral Degree)
h. Certificate of Seminars/Training attended
i. Updated Personal Data Sheet
