The theme “Pagkakaisa sa Pagkakaiba-iba: Kalidad na Edukasyon para sa lahat (Unity in Diversity: Quality Education for All) reminds us all that this celebration is merely a start of a longer journey on the role of quality education in unifying diverse beliefs, colors and backgrounds towards our goal of having better communities and progressive Philippines.

My most heartfelt greetings and congratulations to all the graduates and let this occasion provide inspiration for you in achieving greater heights in your lives and be a beacon of unity amidst diversity in the fast changing environment.
