This graduation is a testament to a milestone that our learners continue to achieve in their young lives, to the dedication and love of their parents and to the commitment of the mentors and the personnel of the Department of Education in providing quality education for all.
The theme “Pagkakaisa sa Pagkakaiba-iba: Kalidad na Edukasyon para sa lahat (Unity in Diversity: Quality Education for All) reminds us all that this celebration is merely a start of a longer journey on the role of quality education in unifying diverse beliefs, colors and backgrounds towards our goal of having better communities and progressive Philippines.
