On Sunday, November 8, 2015, we the people of Tacloban and Samar will commemorate the second anniversary of super-typhoon Yolanda. We are lighting 50,000 candles at 6PM to remember the loved ones we lost, the generosity of our neighbors, and the strength of our community to rise again. #LightACandleForYolanda
