Reservation Orders for Papal Commemorative Coins

To reserve, forms may be downloaded from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas website (www.bsp.gov.ph) and sent to papalcoins@bsp.gov.ph

Reservation forms may be submitted only until the end of June 2015. Confirmation emails from the BSP regarding availability of the coins will be sent strictly on a “first reserved-first served basis.”

  • The 50-Piso coins and 500-Piso coins will be available beginning the last week of January 2015.
  • The 1,000-Piso silver coints and 10,000-Piso gold coins will be available beginning May 2015.

How to order:

  1. Send your completed form/s to papalcoins@bsp.gov.ph
  2. Wait for the confirmation email indicating the date when you can pay for and pick up the coins at the BSP. A printout of the confirmation email must be presented to the BSP Teller upon purchase.
  3. Payment should be in cash.

4. BSP will issue a notice once coins are no longer available for sale.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Coins are not available over the counter. Reservations must be made in the manner indicated. The supply and minting of coins by the BSP is covered by a licensing agreement with the Vatican.
