1. For the information and guidance of all concerned, the following officials have been issued their respective appointments by His Excellency, Benigno S. Aquino III:
a. Ma. Lourdes D. Pantoja, Director IV of the Bureau of Human Resource and Organizational Development (BHROD); and
b. John Arnold S. Siena, Director IV of the National Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP).
2. The abovementioned officials have taken their oath, and assumed the duties and responsibilities of their respective positions, effective December 18, 2015. They shall report directly to the Undersecretary and Assistant Secretary for Governance and Operations.
3. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
