DR. PONCIANO MENGUITO
OIC-Regional Director
Department of Education
National Capital Region

Dear Dr. Menguito:

This has reference to the implementation of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program wherein we have received cases of our partner beneficiaries who work as government employees assuming regular positions in the Government. Based on record, we have also 2 cases of public school teachers who were registered as grantee of Pantawid Pamilya Program and were already delisted in the program as found ineligible due to regular work.

In view of this, may we ask for your assistance in helping us monitor similar cases so we can appropriately conduct proper validation and action on needed delisting of these grantees who are government employees which is a ground for ineligibility in the program. We will truly appreciate to receive feedback report should you have findings on this matter.

Likewise, an advisory to all Division of City schools on this concern will be most helpful.

Our Institutional Partnership Division Focal, Mr. Miguel Angelo Dioquino together with our Regional Grievance Officer, Mr. Meynard B. Baptista shall be closely coordinating with your office on this concern. They can also be reached at tel no. 733-0010 loc 302.

Thank you for your usual support.

Very truly yours,

VINCENT ANDREW T. LEYSON
Regional Director
