The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), in cooperation with the Department of Education (DepEd), will conduct the Third Diwang: Sagisag Kulturang Filipinas Competition by cluster on the following dates with respective venues:

b. The Final/National Competition will be held on September 30, 2015 in Metro Manila.

The competition aims to promote awareness and appreciation for the Philippine local and national cultural icons.

This is open to selected high school students from both public and private secondary schools nationwide.

The NCCA will take charge of the program, judges, and prizes of the students for the regional and national competitions.

Transportations, food and accommodation of participants and coaches during the regional competition shall be charged to local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

The NCCA shall provide round-trip transporation, food and accommodation of the 17 regional winners from September 28 to October 1, 2015 during the final/national competition.
