DISSEMINATION OF TESDA BOARD RESOLUTIONS ON THE NEW RATES FOR ASSESSMENT FEES FOR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL-LIVELIHOOD SPECIALIZATIONS
