SUBMISSION OF PERTINENT PAPERS FOR TEACHER 1 POSITION FOR SY 2016-2017

To:

ALL PSDS’s/DISTRICT CARETAKERS
ALL HEADS OF PUBLIC ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS
TEACHERS AND ALL OTHERS CONCERNED

1. For the information and guidance of all concerned, this Office is accepting applications for Teacher 1 positions for SY 2016-2017.
2. The attached D.O#7, s. 2015 entitled, “HIRING GUIDELINES FOR TEACHER 1 POSITIONS EFFECTIVE SCHOOL YEAR 2015-2016” shall be followed as the basis for the recruitment, evaluation and selection procedures for SY 2016-2017.
3. All District and school officers are directed to start receiving applications adhering to the guidelines stipulated in D.O#7, s.2015 particularly par. 6.2.1.1 – 6.2.1.2 and submit verified documents (in folder) to this Office on or before the last working day of January 2016 with a duly signed Checklist of Documents per applicant.
4. Only the required documents shall be found in the applicant’s folders. It is important that QPA to be submitted attached to the Transcript of Records should be one prepared by the School Registrar.
5. Each applicant shall submit a Certification Under Oath that he/she applied to ONLY DISTRICT AND TO ONLY ONE DIVISION.
6. Furthermore, each schools district is directed to conduct an Orientation for all applicants on the contents of DepEd Order #7, s. 2015 for proper guidance.
