DepEd Announces Extension of Enrollment Period for School Year 2021-2022

Attach herewith is DepEd Order No. 38, s. 2021 dated September 13, 2021, on Extension of Enrollment Period for School Year 2021-2022 until September 30, 2021.

EXTENSION OF ENROLLMENT PERIOD FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022

In consideration of the current limitations and difficulties due to community quarantine restrictions in various areas, the Department of Education (DepEd) announces the Extension of Enrollment Period for School Year 2021-2022 until September 30, 2021.

All public schools are directed to accept late enrollees until the end of September upon submission of Modified Enrollment and Survey Form (MELSF). Private schools, state colleges and universities, including local universities that are following the school opening schedule of DepEd are highly encouraged to also accept late enrollees until the extension date.

This DepEd Order shall take effect immediately upon its issuance and shall be registered with the University of the Philippines Law Center-Office of the National Administrative Register (UPLC-ONAR), UP Diliman, Quezon City.
