Designation of Mr. Rizalino Jose T. Rosales as Officer-In-Charge of the Office of the Director IV for Public Affairs Service (PAS)

1. For the information and guidance of all concerned, Hon. Rizalino Jose T. Rosales, Director III, this Department, in exigency of service and pursuant to existing laws, has been designated as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Office of the Director IV for Public Affairs Service (PAS), this Department, effective September 28, 2015.
2. All papers for the signature of Mr. Rosales shall be prepared in the following manner:

Officer-in-Charge, Office of the Director IV for Public Affairs Service
3. As OIC-Director IV of PAS, Mr. Rosales will be supervising the Communications Unit, DeTxt Action Center, Materials Production and Publication Division (MPPD), Educational Audio Visual Division (EAVD), and Educational Information Division (EID).
4. Mr. Rosales shall report directly to Ms. Anna Cristina M. Ganzon,
Assistant Secretary and Chief of Staff of this Department.
5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
