38th Principals Training and Development Program

38TH PRINCIPALS TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND NATIONAL BOARD CONFERENCE

The Philippine Elementary School Principals Association (PESPA) will hold the 38th Principals Training and Development Program and National Board Conference (PTDP-NBC) with the theme Duty, Dignity, Integrity and Determination towards Excellent Principal Empowerment from May 3 to 5, 2019 at the ASEAN Convention Center, Claro M. Recto Avenue, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

The conference aims to:

a. Identify the strategies, skills, traits, and beliefs of effective school leaders;

b. Strengthen transparency and shared purposes with parents, staff, community members, and students;

c. Enhance effort to conduct professional development opportunities and support services to teachers to become more productive and more engaged in their work; and

d. Raise school leaders’ integrity in the workplace through modeling.

The target participants are Department of Education (DepEd) PESPA officers and board members, public school district supervisors, school heads/principals, and teachers-in-charge of public and private schools nationwide. Attendance of participants shall be on official business.

A registration fee of Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P5,500) shall be charged to each participant to cover meals, conference kits, venue, honorariums of speakers, and other related expenses, chargeable to local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

Arrival and registration of participants will be on May 3, 2019 (Day 1). The first meal to be served will be dinner on Day 1, and last meal will be lunch on May 5 (Day 3).
