Attached herewith is DepEd Memorandum DM-PHROD-2021-0590 dated July 27, 2021, titled Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa (BP2) Beneficiaries for your information and guidance.

Balik Probinsya, Bagong Pag-asa (BP2) Beneficiaries

This is in relation to the Balik-Probinsya, Bagong Pag-Asa (BP2) Program of the national government which provides mechanisms for allowing families to go back to their respective provinces. The Department of Education, being one of the agencies that play a role especially in facilitating the transfer of learners and teachers from their current station to where they will settle, has developed a common report template that will capture quick information of the program. The report template shall include the total number and profile of teachers and learners with their enrollment details, as well as the target dispatch schedule. This can be accessed through https://tinyurl.com/ReportTemplateBP2Beneficiaries.

All Regional Offices and Division Offices, through their respective BP2 coordinators, are requested to submit the consolidated report by accomplishing the online google sheet on or before August 6, 2021, through this link: https://tinyurl.com/BP2BeficiariesReports. Reports may also be submitted at the Planning Service – Office of the Director through ns.od@deped.gov.ph with the SUBJECT TITLE as “Region Number – BP2 Beneficiaries Report” (e.g. Region I – BP2 Beneficiaries Report).

Please be reminded to prioritize and ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the said program, particularly the facilitating of the transfer of the teachers and learners. Regular updates shall be provided also.
