Qualifiers of the 2018 Accreditation and Equivalency Test

ANNOUNCING THE QUALIFIERS OF THE 2018 ACCREDITATION AND EQUIVALENCY TEST

The Department of Education (DepEd), through the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA), announces the qualifiers of the 2018 Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test conducted on February 24, 2019 for the Luzon Cluster and on March 3, 2019 for the Visayas and Mindanao Clusters.

DepEd Memorandum No. 076, s. 2018 entitled Change in the Passing Score of the 2016 Accreditation and Equivalency Test from 75% to 60% remains in effect, setting the passing score to 60%.

In reference to DepEd Order No. 027, s. 2018 entitled Amendment to DepEd Order No. 042, 2015 in Relation to the Alternative Learning System (ALS), passers of the 2017-2019 A&E Test HS level, who are all High School Graduates of the old basic education curriculum for ALS, are eligible to:

a. enroll in College/University as First Year Students subject to the admission policies and requirements of higher education institutions (HEIs):

b. take skills development training programs; and

c. take senior high school (SHS) education and enroll in public SHS.

The individual Certificate of Rating (COR) of all test takers will be forwarded to their respective Schools Division Offices through the BEA-authorized forwarder.

All Education Program Specialists for ALS (EPSA) and ALS focal persons are advised to coordinate with the Division Testing Coordinators for a systematic release of the CORs.

Enclosed is the lists of the A&E Test qualifiers.
