For Public Elementary & Secondary Schools: Ranking of Candidates for School Principal II & Education Program Supervisor in Science and Technology

Please be informed that there will be a ranking of candidates for the vacant positions of School Principal II and Education Program Supervisor in Science and Technology in the Division.

The minimum qualification standards for the above-cited positions are the following:

School Principal IIBachelor's degree in Elementary or Secondary Education; or Bachelor's degree with 18 professional education units plus 6 units of Management1 year as Principal40 hours of relevant trainingRA 1080 (Teacher)
Education Program SupervisorMaster's Degree in Education or other relevant Master's Degree with specific area of specialization2 years as Principal or 2 years as Head Teacher or 2 years as Master Teacher8 hours of relevant trainingRA 1080 (Teacher)

  1. Personal Data Sheet (Form 212) – Download
  2. Teacher Eligibility Rating
  3. Copy of PRC License
  4. Principal’s Test Result (for School Principal position)
  5. Service Record
  6. Performance Rating for the last 3 rating periods
  7. Transcript of Records
  8. Original Training Certificates
  9. Certification of Outstanding Accomplishments
