For Public Elementary and Secondary Schools: Ranking of Candidates for Special Education Teacher I Position
The field is hereby informed that there are six (6) new items for Special Education Teacher 1 position for selected schools in the Division, to wit:
a. Nueve de Febrero Elementary School (2 new items)
b. Pedro P. Cruz Elementary School (1 new item)
c. Isaac Lopez integrated School (2 new items)
d. Eulogio Rodriguez Integrated School (1 new item)
The said positions are for promotion and open to teachers in the Division who meet the following minimum qualification standards:

- Personal Data Sheet (Form 212) – Download
- Teacher Eligibility Rating
- Copy of PRC License
- Service Record
- Performance Rating for the last 3 rating periods
- Transcript of Records
- Original Training Certificates
- Certification of Outstanding Accomplishments
- Omnibus certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted – Download
