1. Part VI – Evaluation and Selection Committees as provided in the Department of Education (DepED) Order No. 03, s. 2016, that the Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) shall issue a memorandum organizing and designating the members of the following committees for the expanded junior high schools:
a. School Screening Committee
b. Division Selection Committee
2. In view hereof, the following are directed to constitute the Division Selection Committee (DSC) for the recruitment, evaluation, and selection of SY 2016-2017 Senior High School Teacher applicants:

3. To help the DSC members facilitate the conduct of verification, evaluation, interview and demonstration teaching observation of the SHS teacher applicants, the Division Selection Subcommittees shall be created.
4. Enclosed in this Division Memorandum is the list of created SHS Division Selection Sub-Committees to help facilitate and to ensure the proper conduct of D.O. 03, s. 2016.
