School-Based Personnel Consolidated Development Needs Template

The Human Resource Development Section of the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) created a standard template in determining the development needs for the Hard Skills and Soft Skills. This is to fast-track the consolidation of the development needs of the school based personnel (teaching, teaching-related and non-teaching personnel) using the IPCRF for SY 2017-2018.

May it be noted that the Development Needs Template is categorized into:

  • Form l-A (Development Needs-Teachers 1-3)
  • Form l-B (Core Behavioral and Teaching Competencies-Teachers 1-3)
  • Form I l-A (Development Needs- SPED Teachers)
  • Form I l-B (Core Behavioral and Teaching Competencies- SPED Teachers)
  • Form 11 l-A (Development Needs- Master Teachers)
  • Form lll-B (Core Behavioral and Leadership Competencies-Master Teachers)
  • Form IV-A (Development Needs-Department Heads)
  • Form IV-B (Core Behavioral and Leadership Competencies-Department Heads)
  • Form V-A (Development Needs-Principals)
  • Form V-B (Core Behavioral and Leadership Competencies-Principals)
  • Form VI (Core Behavioral Competencies and Core Skills-Non-Teaching Personnel)
