Documentary requirements for School Librarian I, II, III:
- Transcript of Records/Special Order/duly approved Updated ERF – for determining the educational preparation of the candidate;
- Service Records – for determining the experience of the candidate;
- Certifications of Relevant Training’s – for determining the training’s the candidate has to his/her credit;
- Civil Service Eligibility – for determining the eligibility of the candidate;
- Item number per updated and post-audited Plantilla of Personnel;
- Copy of the Plantilla of Personnel, reflecting the name of the candidate; among others;
- Updated PSI of the division/school;
- Computation/Matrix for the resulting salary increment;
- Rank list of all personnel who are qualified for the desired position, duly signed by the Chairman and Members of the Ranking Committee, and attested by the Schools Division Superintendent;
- Waiver from concerned personnel(s) – in the event that the candidate is not the most ranking;
- Plantilla Allocation List
- Ample justification(s) for the need of the position;
- Present enrolment by year level; and
- Certification that the school has an existing library.

I applied for a reclassification of school librarian I but the HR from the division office did not accept my papers because he is asking for a dep ed order on reclass of school librarians. Could you help me find such. I provided him a copy of the DBM manual on Position Classification and Compensation but still he is asking for that dep ed order of a reclass where in school librarians are included.
