All qualified and interested non-teaching personnel are encouraged to submit their papers for Ranking to Registrar I Position to Division Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board.

It is advised further that all documents with pagination and table of contents shall be submitted in original copy plus one (1) photocopy. Certificates of Participation/Attendance shall be supported with Memorandum and Travel Order duly approved by authorities concerned and Certificates of Recognition as Resource Speaker shall be supported by a Memorandum of training/seminar with attached training/seminar matrix duly approved by the Schools Division Superintendent.
