RECRUITMENT, SELECTION, AND HIRING OF TEACHER 1 APPLICANTS FOR SY 2016-2017

1. This is to announce to the field that the Division of San Pablo City is now accepting application for Teacher I positions for SY 2016-2017.

2. The basis for the selection and hiring of Teacher I positions are the guidelines in DepEd Order No. 7 s. 2015.

3. All applicants shall submit to the head of the nearest elementary or secondary school a written application together with the following documents:

• CSC Form 212 (Revised 2005) in two copies with the latest 2×2 ID picture
• Certified photocopy of PRC professional identification card
• Certified photocopy of ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers/Professional Board Examination for Teachers
• Certified copy of Transcript of Records
• Copies of service record, performance rating, and school clearance for those with teaching experience
• Certificates of specialized training, if any
• Certified copy of the Voter’s ID and/or any proof of residency as deemed acceptable by the School Screening Committee
• NBI Clearance
• Omnibus certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted, signed by the applicant

4. The applicants shall also attach a Summary of Pertinent Documents. Applicants who are in the 2015 Registry of Qualified Applicants and are not appointed to any permanent Teacher I position shall be automatically included in the 2016 RQA. However, they shall resubmit/submit their previous and new documents so that they will be included in the list submitted to the Division Selection Committee.

5. Original copies of the aforementioned documents must be presented to the School Head who is assigned to verify all documents against the original. After the verification of the dociunents, the original copies shall be returned to the applicants.

6. The School Screening Committee (SSC) is chaired by the School Head with four (4) teachers in the elementary level and four (4) Department Heads or teachers in different learning areas in the secondary level. SSC is responsible for the receiving, verification, certification, and submission of documents to the Division Selection Committee.

7. The Division Selection Committee shall be composed of the following:
