Submission of Pertinent Documents for Ranking of Head Teacher 1 Positions in the Elementary (1 item) & Secondary (4 items)

1. In view of the new items for Head Teacher 1 in the elementary and secondary as stated in DepEd Memorandum OM-GO-2015-GOU Re: Allocation of Head Teacher 1 Positions SY 2015, this Office announces that interested applicants may now submit pertinent documents through their respective school heads for initial evaluation. Hereunder is the qualification standard for the position in accordance with DepEd Order No. 39, s. 2007.

A. Elementary:

Head Teacher I - SG 13 (1 item)
Sta. Cruz ES Tarlac North AEducation: BEED or Bachelor's Degree plus 18 professional units in education.
Experience: TIC for 1 year; or Teacher for 3 years
Training: 24 hours relevant training
Eligibility: PBET/LET/R.A. 1080 (Professional Teacher)
B. Secondary Head Teacher I
SG-13 (4 items)
Balibago Primero IS
Sto. Cristo IS
Armenia IS
Burot IS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education or Bachelor's Degree plus 18 professional units in education with appropriate field of specialization
Experience: TIC for 1 year or Teacher for 3 years
Training: 24 hours relevant training
Eligibility: PBET/LET/R.A. 1080 (Professional Teacher)

2. Since this is a division-wide ranking, interested applicants in the elementary may submit their documents to their respective school heads for initial evaluation, then to the Divion Sub-Committee for the District Ranking composed of the following:

4. Below is the timeline for the submission and evaluation of documents.

January 4-8, 2016 = Submission of Documents to the School Head for Initial Evaluation
January 11-12, 2016 = Evaluation of Documents by the Division Sub-Committee
January 13, 2016 = Submission of District Rank List by the Division Sub-Committee & Application Documents by the Secondary School Heads to the Division HRMO
January 14, 2016 = Review/Consolidation/Finalization of all District Rank Lists by the Division Ranking Committee
January 15, 2016 = Evaluation of Documents and Interview of Applicants for HT I Positions in the Secondary Level (9:00am) by the Divison Ranking Committee

Addendum to Division Memorandum No. 3, s.2016 “Submission of Pertinent Documents for Ranking of Head Teacher I Position in the Elementary (1 item) & Secondary (4 items)

1. In view of transition in designation of our OIC-Assistant Schools Division Superintendent consequently sitting as chairman of the Division Personnel Selection Board, item #4 of Division Memorandum #3, s.2016 stipulating January 15, 2016 as the date of evaluation of documents and interview of applicants for Head Teacher I position in the Secondary Level, is hereby rescheduled on January 22, 2016 (9:00 AM).
