    • I think these positions have different path. Master Teachers are for teaching and Head teachers are for admin. So, I think the answer would be no.

Is it possible that a mere T1 may be promoted to ESP (Elem. School Principal) 1?
I heard that there was a special case like this. If so, can anyone provide the proof on that said scenario. Thanks.

  5. what if there is a vacancy of a Head Teacher I due to transfer, is it possible for a teacher 2 to fill the position tru pomotion or the position is intended for teacher 3? what deped order is the best basis?

  6. Teacher 3.. because MT is not inclined for administrative position but T3 can be promoted to Head Teacher position which cannot be done by an MT. MT can be possible for administrative if he/she passed the Principals’ Test
