Nutritional StatusCondition of the learner’s body influenced by diet, particularly the levels of nutrients in the body and the ability of those levels to maintain normal metabolic integrity, determined through the learner’s weight-to-height ratio or BMI universally expressed in units of kg/m2and described using the following categories: Underweight, Normal Weight, Overweight, and Obese
Height for Age (HFA)Described as Severely Stunted, Stunted, Normal, or Tall
RemarksUsed to note additional health-related information about the learner
