2. Philippine Folk, Ethnic and Foreign Dances –10%

2.1 Identify the dance terms and steps used in Philippine folk and foreign dances
2.2 Classify dances according to their rhythmic patterns
2.3 Identify different Philippine folk and foreign dances

3. Organization, Administration and Supervision of PE – 5%

3.1 Apply concepts of organization and management of intramurals
3.2 Apply the different tournament formats
3.3 Physical Fitness/Special Sports/Athletic Management

4. Individual, Dual and Team Sports – 10%

4.1 Recall the history, body mechanics, equipment and facilities of the different sports
4.2 Analyze the bio-mechanics of the different skills and/or movements
4.3 Apply the principles and rules of the games to actual officiating
4.4 Analyze exercises that may help improve fitness of an individual

5. Physical Fitness and Gymnastics – 10%

5.1 Identify tests for the different components of physical fitness
5.2 Analyze exercises that may help improve fitness of an individual
5.3 Identify the different skills in gymnastics
5.4 Apply appropriate mechanics in the performance of different skills

6. School Health and Applied Nutrition –5%

6.1 Analyze the principles, plans and organization of school health program
6.2 Assess the roles and responsibilities of the school and the community for a more harmonious and healthy relationships
6.3 Analyze the nutritional needs of athletes

7. Consumers Health and Drug Education – %5

7.1 Identify the objectives, health information and problems of consumers and quackery
7.2 Classify the health products sold commercially and health services that may be harmful/useful
7.3 Recognize the different classifications of drugs and how and why they are used and abused
7.4 Interpret policies and programs undertaken by private and government agencies towards drug dependents

8. Personal, Community and Environmental Health –5%

8.1 Identify the factors affecting the health of the community
8.2 Identify the different environmental pollutions such as water, air, noise, radiations, pesticides, food sanitation, and housing which are hazardous to the health of the people
8.3 Apply the preventive and control measures done by an individual, Gos and NGOs on environmental pollution

9. Safety Education and First Aid –5%

9.1 Identify the roles, objectives and general directions of first aid
9.2 Apply proper handling of the sick, injured and victims of accidents

10. Foundation, Philosophy of Music –8%

10.1 Define the different musical elements
10.2 Recognize simple rhythmic patterns syncopation, simple and compound meters
10.3 Recognize the different forms of music through actual score reading
10.4 Read and write music
10.5 Identify the different tonal relationship
10.6 Analyze different chords
10.7 Identify different conducting pattern of songs
10.8 Classify the different female and male vocals
10.9 Identify music symbols of the different musical elements

11. Recognize Music Theory – 8%

11.1 Recognize the different scales/melodies (Western/Asian)
11.2 Identify the works of representative Philippine, Asian, Western, and European
11.3 Analyze the different chords: major, minor, augmented and diminished chords
11.4 Distinguish the styles of different musical periods
11.5 Differentiate the musics of Asian countries (Japan, China, Korea,
Thailand, Indonesia, India)

12. Applied Music – 4%

12.1 Identify the different parts of the body involved in singing
12.2 Identify techniques in singing and playing different musical instruments
12.3 Identify musical instruments of different groups (band, rondalla, orchestra)
12.4 Analyze the folk songs from different regions in the Philippines and other countries

13. Analyze visual arts and its elements –5%

14. Recognize Great Philippine works in visual arts –8%

15. Recognize Asian and master woks of arts – 7%
